I'm here to provide guidance, accountability, and support to help you reach your goals.

I am proud to share that I have been helping people achieve their health and wellness goals as a wellness coach since 2014. In 2022, I earned my Health Coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and gained expertise in holistic health, nutrition principles, dietary theories, coaching methods, personal development, goal setting, and more.

Continuing my education and expanding my skills, I became a Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss Coach in 2022. Additionally, I completed an intensive program through IIN to refine my coaching skills.

To further enhance my coaching approach, I also became a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Life Coach in 2021. Through my extensive training and experience, I am confident in my ability to support individuals in making healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their overall wellbeing.

I know firsthand the struggle of making healthy lifestyle changes. I've been in my clients' shoes and understand the emotional and physical challenges they face. That's why I approach coaching with empathy and compassion, providing a safe space for clients to share their experiences and work towards their goals. I believe that everyone can achieve their desired level of wellness, no matter where they are starting from. It's all about taking small steps every day and making sustainable changes that lead to long-term success.

My personal journey has taught me that transformation is possible, but it takes dedication and persistence. I didn't achieve my goals overnight, and neither will my clients. But with the right support and guidance, anything is possible. As a coach, my goal is to empower my clients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve their wellness goals and create a fulfilling, healthy life. I'm passionate about helping others live their best life, and I'm honored to be a part of my clients' journey towards health and happiness.

Back in 2014, I weighed over 300lbs and struggled with high blood pressure, diabetes, and other comorbidities. My doctor warned me that I would need a wheelchair by the time I was 50, and I already needed a walker with a seat to get around. I was barely taking care of myself and was depressed, hardly ever leaving the house. In 2015, I had RNY Gastric Bypass surgery and lost a lot of weight, but soon fell back into old habits, regaining most of the weight. But my journey didn't stop there. In 2021, I realized I needed to make even more changes. I was addicted to Coca Cola and hated everything healthy. I knew I had to find a way to be healthier, so I set out on another journey to transform my lifestyle. Through self-discovery and exploring my own habits and decisions, I learned that there's no one-size-fits-all solution to wellness. Fast forward to today, and I'm proud to say that I'm now a healthy 165 lbs., ready to help others achieve their own transformation. b. Embark on a transformative journey with a 90-Minute Targeted Wellness Session, designed to provide you with a tantalizing taste of my health coaching approach. This condensed yet impactful session allows you to choose from a carefully curated list of mini workbooks, enabling us to delve deep into the subject that resonates most with you.

c. Purchase one of my monthly weight loss packages that includes Herbalife and 1 coaching session: Shake Up Your Weight Loss, Quickstart Your Weight Loss, Advanced Weight Loss, or Ultimate Weight Loss.

d. Every quarter we have a detox program. You can choose to do a single program or sign up for a full year that includes 4 programs.
